Our Impact | Goodtel - 50% of Profits Donated to Charity | Goodtel
Provided 1,102 people seeking asylum with groceries for a week

We haven't made a profit yet.
We've given away
$166,646 anyway.

Most companies wait until the good times to do good. We promised 50% of our profits to charity - then decided not to wait for the profits. Every Goodtel bill paid since December 2019 has chipped in to the total below.

THE RECEIPT

Your phone bill, itemised for good.

You already get a bill from us every month. This is the other one - the running tally of what the Goodtel community's bills have added up to, out in the world. No asterisk-laden marketing maths, just what's actually been done.

It grows every time someone joins. Which is a very polite way of saying: bring a friend.

*People helped is estimated from our charity partners' reporting; where a family was helped, we've counted 4 people. CO₂ figure is certified removal, not offset promises.

Goodtel.

THE HONEST BIT

Giving first.
Profiting eventually.

Like most young social enterprises, Goodtel hasn't turned a profit since launching in December 2019. We could have paused the donations until we did. We didn't - because "do some good" isn't much of a commitment if it comes with terms and conditions.

Don't take our word for it. Our charity partners write to us about where the money went, and you can read every letter.

Independently certified, so you don't have to take our word for any of this.

The next number on that receipt could be yours.

Same phone. Same coverage. A bill that quietly does some good every month. That's the whole pitch.
