Do we need to buy new handsets?
No. If your team already uses Microsoft Teams on a laptop, mobile or tablet, you're ready to go, just add a headset if you'd like one. Prefer a desk phone? Bring your own compatible handset, or add an affordable Teams-certified Yealink to your plan.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port your current numbers across to Teams Calling for you, and we do it in stages with a fallback plan, so there's never a gap where your callers can't reach you.
What Microsoft 365 licences do we need, and what's the NFP discount?
Teams Calling works within your existing Microsoft 365 environment, and your Goodtel plan includes the hosted voice and Teams calling licence. If you're a registered not-for-profit you may also qualify for up to 60% off your Microsoft 365 licences, and we'll help you access that discount as part of onboarding.
How long does the switch take, and what if something goes wrong?
Your dedicated onboarding specialist plans the rollout with you, migrates users in stages and keeps a fallback in place, so your phones keep ringing throughout. After go-live, our technical support team is available 7 days a week: 7am to midnight weekdays, 8am to 8pm weekends.
What happens if we're not happy?
